Mass spectrometry platform
The mass spectrometry platform provides proteomics, metabolomics and lipidomics analyses to support individual research projects. Service is provided in the form of advice with regard to experimental design, standard as well as tailored workflows for sample preparation and mass spectrometry experiments, together with primary data analysis. Our expertise includes quantitative analysis of proteomes and complexes, identification and quantification of posttranslational protein modifications, targeted and non-targeted metabolomics and lipidomics as well as metabolic flux analyses.
